    Different daily and minute data

    I get way different range and volume numbers in my daily and minute charts for my stocks. I'm using Esignal and have checked all the session templates etc.

    Thank you for your post.

    I do not see any volume bars applied to your 15 Minute chart. Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing so I may further assist.

      If you look at the 5min chart you see that the range is 93.3-94.3 and on the daily it's 90.3-94.3 even though they have all the same settings. On the MP chart with all of today's trade you can see that the volume is just over 2M shares but on the daily it's almost 9M.

        I just noticed that the problem seems to have something to do with the 24/7 session template on daily charts, it even gets the dates wrong. When i change it to a custom 9:00-17:30 CET it works.

            After restarting NT, today's bar on all my daily charts dissapeared. The minute charts work fine. The market analyzer (same settings) shows today's volume and Hi/Lo but Friday's range. I have doubble checked all the settings and use the same session template for minute and day charts.

              Can you please confirm you have the Range column Data series parameters set to Day. Next please right mouse click within your Market Analyzer window and reload all historical data.

              Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

                I did that yesterday and reloaded/ rebooted several times to no avail. Today however, everything is working again. Hopefully it will stay that way too.
