Thanks for all the good work bringing the Rumpled ones indicators over to Ninja but where is ther any info on the best way to use them?

Unfortunately I cannot advise you on how to use TRO indicators. If you search google you will find many hits linking to his work. www.kreslik.com is his usual hangout spot. You can find answers there.
