Chart stopped working

Hi I use NT7.0.1000.6 (connected to Yahoo and Kinetick EOD). Recently charts stopped working and show empty range for all symbols. It does not show any bars and the y-axes is showing only scale from 0 to 0.01.
Example: File->New->Chart
Select AA , Daily , last 365 days
Result: empty chart. (see screenshot)

When I open Historical Data Manager -> Edit -> AA
then I see that the data for the symbol are available. (see the second screenshot).

The same issue with any other symbol. Do you have any suggestions what could be wrong? Was there any update in Chart functionality in the latest version?

Thank you for your post.

Please try setting your Daily charts to the Default 24/7 session template.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Please let me know if you continue to experience issues.
