    Problems connection to IB

    Having issues connecting to IB.
    I am using IB build number 893.5 from Mar25 2009.

    It tries to connect and will show pricing in Market Analyzer windows but will not build a chart and come back with and error stating that

    4/15/2009 10:23:58 AM Default Order Canceled - reason: OrderCancelled

    the problem is i have not submitted an order

    Can you help?

    Thank you for your post.

    You must use standalone TWS 892.7 with the current production release of NinjaTrader.

    You can download TWS 892.7 at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...ivebrokers.htm

    After installing the correct version of TWS, please let me know if the issue persists.
