What can I do to eliminate the CS files, XML documents and NTD files from being sent in to my documents library. These have flooded my document folder with 100's of entries.

Thanks for your post.
The .NTD files are the data which NinjaTrader has collected. That data can be removed via the Historical Data Manager (Tools > Historical Data Manager). The steps required to remove data can be found here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...t7/editing.htm
In terms of the .cs files, these are indicators and strategies - can you give me an example of a few you're looking to remove here?
Lastly, please tell me which folder you're seeing the .xml files in as these serve a few different functions within NinjaTrader.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
