    Auto strategy error messages

    Hi,

    I am often receiving error messages while running
    several auto strategies.

    Error Msg reads:

    Cbi Order Cancel: exception caught: Value cannot be null.

    Any suggestions as to why this happens?

    It often requires a complete reboot of the ninja program.

    Order you calling CancelOrder() method in your strategy somewhere?

      Not that I am aware of.

      This is a wizard generated strategy.

      Not sure where to look to completely answer
      your question.

          Hi again

          Running live, seems to work properly in backtest as far
          as i can tell

          It happened several times on friday, once while Jason
          from support was watching, He collect some information
          from the machine regarding the error.

          It appears to happen randomly. so not reproducible at
          any given time.

                Please mail me to "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com":
                - log and traces files (Help->Mail to support)
                - your strategy which fails
                - screenshot of strategy setting you apply

                Also: does this happen on sim account or live account?

                      I ran 2 strategies yesterday with no incidence of the error
                      messages, but today have already had 3 instances. Any
                      luck on your end determining the problems?

                        I sent you 2 mails 2 days ago where I asked for strategy settings (screenshot). Did you get theses mails? If no, the please check your spam filter. Thanks

                          Guess we had a breakdown somewhere, I sent all of that to you
                          same day. Would it be possible for u to log on to my machine and
                          capture just exactly what you need?

                            Hi Again Dierk

                            In thinking about the errors that are being generated,
                            i believe that each of them occurred while using a
                            range chart, will put strategy on another timeframe
                            for reference, but range bars would be time of choice.
