Starting on Aug 13, SI charts messed up.

Starting Aug 13, SI charts are showing prices of a few cents instead of about $20. I have tried installing version 7.0.1000.25, resetting all instruments, deleting cache, un-installing, re-installing, all to no avail. I connect to Vision. This is frustrating. What is wrong?

Reloading historical data does not help.

HG as well

as per NT's advisory #24 I have also done everything they requested but still have charts displaying wrong data for HG. Charts printed correct live prices on Fri (16th Aug) but this was useless as all historical data since the 13th was corrupted.
I was advised this would all be sorted during maintenance this weekend but still have meaningless charts - any update please.

Unfortunately historical data for 8/13 till 8/15 is still incorrect on our historical data server. I can reproduce it when I test it on my end (see screenshot). It does load correct historical data for yesterday and today. I will forward our findings to our server team.

Do you have any update or an ETA on when the historical data on your servers will be corrected?

The servers team is still looking into this however if it can be restored it would be during the weekend maintenance.

I just tried reloading historical data for SI for the dates of 8/13 to 8/15 and they are still way way off.

I now have meaningful data for HG - had to delete all data for the front month then reload it.
@dsherman
try going to historical data manager and deleting the file for SI 09-14. Then download data for the same contract. I had deselected 'Get data from server' in 'Options' - 'Data' tab. I now have something that looks like it makes some sense on minute, tick and daily charts.
