    mirus futures and IB

    Hello,

    I bought Ninja trader platform some months ago and opened an account with IB.

    Now I have just opened an account with Mirus Futures with Zen Fire data Feed, and I got a new license, the standard NT.

    I have a couple of questions:

    1) How can I use NT in the same computer with IB and Mirus

    2) I can't use the ATM Strategy in the Super Dom with the new account but I already bought the platform some months ago for IB. Do I need to pay again for using the ATM Strategy with Mirus?

    I am happy to assist you.

    1) How can I use NT in the same computer with IB and Mirus
    You can use both so long as you have a Multi-broker license. Please find more information here.



    2) I can't use the ATM Strategy in the Super Dom with the new account but I already bought the platform some months ago for IB. Do I need to pay again for using the ATM Strategy with Mirus?
    If you have a multi-broker license then you can use ATM strategies with either brokerage.

      So if I already have the single broker platform, in the case I wanted to buy the multi broker, I guess I have to pay the difference, is that right?

          I upgraded to the multibroker ninja trader. I am using my laptop with no problems, but I also have a virtual desktop and my ninjatrader running there is not upgraded.

          What should I do? The license is the same with different IDMachine

            Hello,

            Please go to Help--> License key and then press OK to reconnect to our license servers. After that has completed, please restart NinjaTrader and test again.

                When you go to Help--> About, does it say NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.x (Multi-broker live)? Or does it say something else?

                From this same window, when you check the License providers do you see all of the brokers listed or just one broker?
