TDameritrade not on the service provider list

I had connections to Zenfire (primary) and Tdameritrade (backup) setup and working fine for a considerable time without problems and last week I lost the Zenfire connection. Eventually I was able to connect again with Zen but TDameritrade doesn't appear on the provider list. Thanks, Denny.

I edited this. What I meant to say was TDameritrade does not appear on the data feed provider list in ninja connection wizard.

You are using a live license or a free license?
Re-input your license, which ever you want to use, then modify your firewall settings so that NT is allowed to access the internet.

If that does not work please email us from Help>Mail to support and provide use with a link to this thread.

I originally received a free license from NT and set up the connection with TDameritrade later I obtained a futures demo trial (and license) from Mirus that is when I set up the connection with TDameritrade as the backup. The connections worked fine.

Presently I have a newer Mirus/Zenfire demo license.

I'll try removing the license and putting it in again. Thanks, Denny.
