    Now Cancelled for new users: Zen-Fire to Continuum conversion rebate program

    Trying to get prices on Kinetick's site, I get this:

    WARNING: MIRUS ACCOUNT HOLDERS PLEASE READ.

    The Zen-Fire to Continuum conversion rebate program offered by Mirus is no longer available. If you continue to sign up, there will be absolutely NO REBATES AND/OR REFUNDS.
    Just thought I'd post this in case some of you don't know.

    The program is enabled for those of you who already made the conversion and signed up. It's currently unavailable for new converting customers.

      Whoa, you mean if we haven't signed up for the conversion since yesterday the program is no longer available?

        The rebates are no longer available, you can still opt to use Continuum/Kinetick if you desire through Mirus.

          Er, no matter how quick I am, I am too slow.

          Changes like this should be announced to customers before it becomes public on other sites. It shouldn't fall on people like me who've noticed it to come here and create a thread!

          So when they introduced it Mirus knew the window was open for only a few hours ... but forget to mention that to customers?

            Not true. There was no time limit on it. I disabled it from my end on short notice to Mirus. As of this post, it did not make business sense for me to continue it.

                    Which side of the fence made the decision to halt the "supposed" fix for all Mirus customers??

                      from the quote sounds like you had a deal
                      to help Mirus out, and then pulled the rug out from under them.???

                        The "fix" is still in place technically, you can still use Continuum/Kinetick if you choose, the fees will no longer be rebated for customers that did not slide in under the conversion.

                          Yeah, glennts, it looks like NinjaTrader folk are fed up with Mirus.

                          First they removed Mirus from the page of options which I posted about yesterday. Then this. It also seems they've removed Mirus from the main page of NT partners.

                          (The image below is what the page used to look like)

                          It looks like the end of the relationship.

                              Does not affect me but dang dude not everyone is able to monitor the internet 24/7 to "slide in" especially when the "slide in" part is left out of the details
