Please remove link between help and control center screens

The control center and help screens seems to be closely associated. When I try and view the one the other opens. (windows XP)

This is what I mean:
In the control center screen click on Help > Help

The help guide is opened.

Position the help guide screen over the control center screen

The click on the appropriate button at the top right of the help guide screen to minimize the screen.
The control center screen is visible at this time - minimize the control center screen as well.

Both are displayed on the taskbar at the bottom of Windows XP. Click on the control center tab to restore the screen - not only is the control center screen restored but the help guide screen as well - on top of the control center screen so that the control center screen is not visible.

I think when the control center screen is restored only the control center screen must be restored - not the help guide as well.
