Cannot cancel the filled order (201)

Hi,
I just got this error:

"Account name, Order rejected - reason:Cannot cancel the filled order (201) affected Order: Sell 50000 Limit @ 121,165"

I was not running any strategy, position size was equal to the order size.

Interactive Brokers told me they saw an attemt to cancel already canceled order by 3rd party.

In my account connection settings, there is Local OCO simulation enabled (i got that from my paper trading) -> could that couse the problem?

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
