AMP HSI Data on Ninjatrader 8

Hello All,

Can someone advise me why AMP HSI (HKFE) Contract data can't be stores or keep by Ninjatrader 8 ?

Please advise what should I do in order to keep the data.

Hello Eric,

I am using AMPfutures, so the data feed is from AMPfuture or CQG.

HSI contract is Hang Seng Index Futures from HKFE.

When I check Ninjatrader 8 DB, I don't see any data recorded inside the DB.

This never happened to eSignal data feed on the same contract.

Please provide input on why something like this happens on Ninjatrader.

This is due to the CQG/NinjaTrader Continuum not recording data for these contracts, resulting in blank charts on opening or reload - no data is available. I will however forward a note to our development team regarding possibly recording these contracts for future consideration.
