Errors viewing chart pictures

    Errors viewing chart pictures

    Every time I want to enlarge and view a chart in the indicator download page I get this type of error message, and a black window. I submit the link, below.

    I don't have that problem with other sites like, Futures.io, for instance.
    Any ideas how to fix it?

    I experience the same issue. I am using the latest version of Firefox but things don't materially improve if I use Internet Explorer where I get a largely blank screen. I have tried temporarily disabling ghostery, Adblock and Kaspersky blocking but still can't view the picture. Like you I have no problems on Futures.io. I can remember many months ago where I was able to view the forum indicator pictures so something has changed in the meantime.

          Same thing here. I could see the forum pictures but no more on Mozilla Firefox. I wonder what happened. I will try to contact Mozilla and check that way as their updates may have changed something. Or, maybe, changes were done at the forum level in regard to compatibility with a browser. I will post any answers I get. Maybe, others are affected as we are.

            Hello Buscador,
            No need to do any tests. The IT department is aware of this forum side item and it is being looked into being repaired.

              Thanks, Brandon. I wasn't looking forward to contacting the Mozilla group. Although, I was willing to sacrifice myself for all Ninja Traders out there. ehem, ehem..

                Just looked at an indicator a few minutes ago and this problem still appears to be present

                        Hello FMtrader,
                        Updates to the forum to resolve this may roll out with around the time of NinjaTrader 8's release. There is no ETA announced on the release at this time.
