    I would like to retrieve the information that contains a range that starts the previous day and ends the current day. I would then continue to use this information for the remainder of the current day. Thanks!

      Use a loop and calculate the value of the previous day. Just check ToDay(Time[x]) and while the date is that of the prior day you can keep using the loop. Then just add that to the current day. Unfortunately I cannot program this out for you.
