Vendor.cs Issue

[TAJTrades]

This morning I lost all the Log In information for NT and Data Provider. I had to re-enter all information and create a new Connection. Then a few minutes ago I tried to compile a Strategy and got the following errors:


NinjaTrader.Vendor.cs The type or namespace name 'JurikDMX' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) CS0246 - click for info 21 17

I have Repaired and Reset the DB. Did not help.

What is next on the list? If reinstall is needed can you provide a link for 6.5.1000.7 or the latest version. Please respond before I crack open a beer and make things worse. LOL.


Forgot to add that there are 20 Error Lines all dealing with Jurik and WoodiesCCI indicators.

Hi TAJTrades, please follow the vendors directions how to properly reinstall their tools on your platform.

Most likely this will be your issue, but I am not sure how the Jurik DLL is called exactly - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...V6/CS0234.html

I have never used Jurik or WoodiesCCI. I have not documentation or files for them.

Then try the following: open any indicator and right click in it to bring up the 'References'.

Is the NinjaTrader.Vendor.dll present in the list?

If not, click Add and point to this folder and the missing dll -

MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Custom

After this hit F5 to compile your indicators. Does this help?

Can't add Jurik Indicators

Hi!
I get the attached error message when I try to add a Jurik Indicator to a chart. I'v alreday checked that the NinjaTrader.Vendor.dll is present in the list under "References". What can I do to trouoble shoot this problem?

Please check with the vendor Jurik Research directly, you would need to purchase a license to use their tools.
