Allow Indicators to use Multi-Time Frame and Instruments.

Best I can tell, we can only use multi-time frame and instruments from Strategies. Why the limitation?

Just bandwidth. NT7 will support multi-series.

I'm also looking forward to multi-time frame support for indicators. Any ETA on when beta version of NT 7 will be available ?
