Allow for line width 0 when drawing boxes

Please allow "no border" when drawing boxes (or setting the border line width to 0). Very annoying to always have a border when all one wants to do is highlight an area of the chart.

Set the color of the outline to "Transparent", this will do what you are looking for.

Thank you Ray, that does it. It never occurred to me to look for a color when what I wanted was to remove something.
