Default TF Quotes and Patsystems

Hello,

since yesterday my NinjaTrader platform is unable to receive quotes for TF Futures from NYBOT. Before yesterday everything worked fine. YM, NQ, ES and other futures still receive quotes without problems.

I didn't change the configuration in the last months. I informed my broker about the problem but they reply that at their site everything looks good. They told me that it have to be a NinjaTrader problem.

Attached please find my instrument settings for TF. My broker is Rosenthal Collins Group and I use the patsystems interface.

Can you kindly give me a hint how I can solve the problem?

trader1996, which expiry do you use for the TF currently? 09-12?

If you reset instruments under Tools > Options > Data and then recheck after restarting NT, any change?

Are you working off our latest NT7 R10 release here? You can check under Help > About.

Hello Bertrand,

yes, I'm using the 09-12 expiry for TF futures?

I've just reseted the instrument settings but nothing has changed.

I'm using NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.10 (Live).

Do you have any further ideas?

Thanks, no then we would need to test the connection on our end and potentially talk to your broker / PATS as to why there would be no data flowing. Can you please contact us directly via Help > Mail to Support for the next steps?
