Replay Download Not Working

    Replay Download Not Working

    NT,
    When I download replay files the status bar says "downloading data.....", but it never goes away. Before, a download would take about 10 seconds. The file is not in Available Data.

    I disconnected from Market Replay and the control center window still showed "downloading data...".

    I recently moved NT to a new computer and this is my first attempt to download. All prior data successfully restored.

    Trying to get NQ 3-16 data for 1/4/2016.

    My market replay downloader doesn't even start on my other computer now, it crashes after it opens... even after fresh install. Anyone know the location of the downloaded data files? I want to copy them from the working replay computer to the other.

    Also, is there a place to get free continuous replay data?

      Location: C/users/-your username-/documents/Ninjatader 7/db/data
      There is one folder for each day

        Please send us your log and trace files so we can investigate further.
        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

          Hello brucelevy,
          jzag456 is correct in that is where the replay data is saved.
          Can you clarify if you are experiencing the crashing when using a third party replay downloader or do you experience this when going to File> Utilities> Download Replay Data?

            Market Replay Crashes

            I have been trying for the last few days to connect to market replay. Each time it starts to connect, then crashes. What's going on?

              Hello,
              Please send us your log and trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so we can investigate further:
              You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

              The log file will be named "log.20160221.txt"
              You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

              The trace file will be named "trace.20160221.txt"
