    connected to ib but no data etc...?

    Hi , quick question, I just connected to ib and it connected ok but it will not provide data for charts/ dom etc..? most likely something very simple - hoping you could help out.

    Hi Dave,

    What is the instrument you have selected in the DOM? Can you select if data comes in after selecting the ES 06-07.

    If no data comes in, can you check the log and see if there's an error message

      Hi Vince, thanks for the quick reply. Ym is the instrument, I tried es and it still will not work or let me out of sim. mode in the dom. I checked the log and I have recieved multiple "ib socket read right unknownright "0". also I had a subscription to the platform about a year ago - no time to trade- and this looks like my old identical platform with my old stops/ targets in the template area.. is this possible? Is this the newest version, if this is case?

      automated trading is checked also... don't know if this means anything, should I check or uncheck?

        Dave,

        ATI needs to be unchecked.

        Please do the following:

        - Remove your IB account connection

        - Exit and restart NT

        - Recreate account connection

        - Connect

        - Open up DOM and select ES 06-07

        Let me know if this works

          Hi vincent,

          Before nt reloads I get a -- your license has expired and is only available in sim. mode etc....

          do I need a new lic. code?

            Dave,

            What is the license you are using? Can you send it to [email protected] and then put in the subject 'For Vince'.

            I will then check your license and see if it's still valid.
