Turn off alerts from filtered rows in Market Analyzer

If you have a filter and alerts setup, it is possible for an alert to be fired for a row that has been filtered out. This will clutter up the Alerts window with stuff you may not want to see.

It would be very helpful to make it optional for alerts on filtered items to be shown or not fired at all.
