Allow User to Edit Num Seconds Debug/compile Window Auto-popup

Suggestion: textbox / chooserbox here to allow user number of seconds before NINJASCRIPT debugging window automatically pops up while you're trying to code. I think it pops up too fast and it messes up my workflow when i'm trying to type and I momentarily pause. Sometimes the debugging window will even cover up what I was typing.
