    Unable to connect Live

    Hi
    I am unable to connect live as message is showing ,,unable to login. a call to SSPI failed . see inner exception.
    Please help

      To continue to connect to Zen-Fire please ensure you are on the current version of NinjaTrader, 7.0.1000.14
      You can check by going to Help> About
      If you are on a previous version you must upgrade
      For more information and steps to upgrade please see Advisory 15: http://www.ninjatrader.com/Advisory/Advisory15.php
      For the upgrade you can locate your license key under Help> About

      If this does not work please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
      In the message put ATTN Brandon and include a link to this forum topic so we may schedule a remote call.

            Hi
            Today I am unable to connect.
            It says Login Failed :Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection
            My internet is fine.

              Hello,

              Thank you for your post.

              We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you start by restarting the PC, modem and router then try the connection again.

                Login Failed

                Hello Kyle
                It did not work.
                My account was closed due to insufficient funds but on friday funds reached the Mirus.
                But with the same license key my other account is working

                  I would recommend that you contact your broker to confirm that the username/password you have on file for this account are correct and that the account should still be something which you can access.
