    AMP-CQG Charts no Sept 30 data

    Hi,

    I'm having issues with my AMP-CQG charting. Connection seems fine, DOM is showing all current depth, all historical data will load, bid/ask/last all show in control panel, contracts are all front month. However, nothing shows on the chart after the close on Friday except one bar which is the current price. If I reload after several bars, the chart reverts to the single bar for today's current price and nothing from today's open until now.

    Wondering if anyone else is having similar issues? Running v 7.0 1000.9

    I have seen this behavior as well and I currently have a ticket sent to my tech support lead on the situation.


    We will need to give you an update in the morning after we are able to check out the situation.

            I have the same issue. Any reload of the chart makes chart look like current time is market open, start the first bar of the day. There is no history loaded since Oct 1st, 00:00 up to current time, whatever current time is (at least as of now, 9am GMT)

            P.S. This seems to happen for many instruments, but not all. CL looks fine, FDAX also.

              Same Problem

              Hi,

              I have same problem from this morning.
              I use the version: NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.10 (Direct Live).

              Would upgrade to version 7.0.1000.11 help?

                          Same problem here. Has nothing to do with NinjaTrader as far as I know. This happens to me about once a month, always on a Monday.

                          Datafeed is from CQG, a U.S. company but supposedly with operational support offices in Europe and the UK. It is just sad that when it does happen nobody is there to fix it right away.

                            Hello,

                            Thanks for your patience.

                            There was an issue with the historical data servers that NinjaTrader records live CQG data for use as historical data for NinjaTrader clients.

                            The historical data servers have been restored and are currently recording live CQG data since about 4:05 MST this morning.

                            We are looking into the possibility of restoring this missing data and if the data can be restored, it would be restored during the next weekends maintenance period.

                              Hope this time historical data has restored. Same thing happened two months ago and never was restored.
