Hi,
Yesterday NT worked fine, today it crashes at the moment where it starts to connect to ZenFire. Any help? Thank you. Hello,
In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred. Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread. You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder. *The log file will be named log.20120914.txt You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. * The trace file will be named trace.20120914.txt Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.

Seems like my current active workspace got some error in it and now it refuses to start with it.

Please take the following steps to force NinjaTrader to start without your saved workspace
* Shut down NinjaTrader * Navigate to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces * Delete the file named "_Workspaces.XML". * After deleting this file, restart NinjaTrader which should startup without any workspaces. If further errors are received, please send me your log/trace files as per post #2

I've sent email to you just now
edit: Yes. I've del;eted workspaces.xml prior you wrote that and it starts fine, i can open my workspaces except the one I'm using actively every day, which is my main workspace. Upon opening this one, NT crashes. edit2: seems like more of my friends having exactly same problem, however they deleted workspaces.xml and works for them , not for me though ![]() edit3: funny thing, I have deleted all data from db, i have deleted workspaces.xml and started NT, opened workspace that crashes. and it opens fine with all charts empty. so i connected to zenfire and it starts loading. somewhere when it loads up 6E 09-12 it just crashes...

Hello,
Thanks for the update - I sent you an email, however if others are expericing this, there is an error coming from an indicator called DivMACD: 2012-09-14 15:17:31:630 ERROR: Failed to call method 'Initialize' for indicator 'DivMACD': Index was outside the bounds of the array. I'd suggest rebuilding your workspace without this indicator and test to see if you have issues.

Well, removing DivMACD from all charts allowed loading to went further, unfortunately at the end it crashed again.
