Default Mapping between NT and IB for RB

I'm sure this has been figured out but having issues trying to get the link between Ninja and IB work on Unleaded Gas Futures - RB.

I noticed after the first trade failures to send through orders on the automation that Ninja had "Globex" checked. When I changed to "NYMEX" I was able to get data in the Super DOM - however the auto trader would not execute.

I've noticed through various threads here that the symbol could be:

RB|||1
or
RB|||1 (one more line)
or
RB|NYMEX|||1

Seems unclear. Which should it be? I also assume the "External" mapping should just be RB.

Any ideas on how to correctly setup now that at least I've got the Globex vs NYMEX check box issue resolved?

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Do you have access to a Paper Trading account with IB for testing your strategy? If so please mapping for Interactive Brokers to:

RB|NYMEX|||1

Next remove RB from your instrument list and add it back then let me know if your strategy then executes as expected.

External mapping may remain blank.

Default That worked

One, let me thank you for the fast reply.

The mapping you gave me along with the correction of the box checked (to NYMEX) did the trick.

Now if I can just figure out why we're still trading the September contract (which most of the continuous contracts I look at also show) when volume is 4x on the October contract I might have this figured out!

Regardless, thanks for the help.
