Attention!

Hi,

I have experienced this problem for a number of days now and can't seem to figure out why it is happening. The problem is specific to one instrument and one chart where the data is clearly streaming in on the time and sales window as well as the DOM but the chart isn't retreiving/displaying it as it should be.

The instrument is GC 12-12. Please see the screenshot attached.

You may need to update your Rollover date to 7/30/2012

You can do this by going to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the instrument and select 'Edit'.

From the Instrument Editor, click on the Misc tab--> scroll down the the "Contract Months" section.

Click here for more information on Understanding the Misc tab > Contract Months

You will want to edit the 12-12 roll over date to 7/30/12 and press OK

Once you have made this change, please restart NinjaTrader and test again.
