Default Zen-fire connection problems

Anyone else not able to connect with Zen-Fire?

I was disconnected a few times earlier today and now I can't connect at all since about 1:30 est...anyone else or is it just my connection?

Hello dexter_es,

Thank you for your note.

We have not heard any reports of users unable to connect and I can connect to Zen-Fire right now as well.



Can you tell me the following:

- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.x

- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

Hi, I'm on 7.0.1000.8

The log just says 'Primary connection= connecting, Price feed = connecting'

I can connect to the external data feed ok, the zen-fire connection just hangs on 'connecting' though

To better assist, I will need your NinjaTrader Log and Trace files.
Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: ATTN - Cameron and a link to this forum post.
