I went to mess around with the edit/new ninjascript area and nothing showed up in the drop down menu under tools. Is there something that I'm missing? How do I get this option back in that dropdown? I am using Ninajtrader 7.

I'm not totally sure why you're not receiving our replies as they are being sent according to the system. You may need to double-check your SPAM folder to see if our notes have been mistakenly marked as SPAM. In any case, based on the license which you've sent us, you are using a Direct Edition License key for NinjaTrader. Direct Edition license key do not have some feature of NinjaTrader enabled. Features like Chart Trader, ATM Strategies, Automated Trading. To have these feature enabled and the ability to trade live through NinjaTrader you will need to lease or purchase a live license key. Checking in here. Has this been resolved? This is most likely a license key issue which is why it needs to be handled off the forum as we need to check your key. If not resolved can you please give me the 6 digit number in the subjec tline of the email ticket you are on which would be your ticket number so I can look into this. -Brett
