Reload historical data

Dear support team,
I use the option to automatically connect to my data service (IQFEED) on NinjaTrader start up.

Does NT load all historical data upon start up, or do I need to manually reload all historical data?

Can i download the historical tick data to improve time when loading charts? How can I do that?

Thank you for your post.

If your data provider supports the historical data you wish to download it will be downloaded when opening a chart or when right clicking in your chart and selecting Reload All Historical Data.
