Exclamation OCO Order Stuck

version 7.0.1000.6 Live

Had an oco order and the cover buy was filled.

The sell limit is still on the chart, can't cancel on the chart, or in Orders tab, State is "PendingChange" with orange background. Zen-Fire connection with live broker, sim account. I restarted NT also rebooted, also used simulated data to send price thru that level a few times, cleared .../db and restarted, nothing affecting it and it's been there for an hour.

In the message, please include:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120611.txt'.
