NinjaTrader 64, IB 64 and eSignal 64
Hi Guys,
We have NinjaTrader 64 for Windoze 7 64, but you don't seem to support the IB Active X 64 bit API or the eSignal 64. When will see either of these be supported? |

Aspirant,
It looks like IB with 64-bit NinjaTrader is already supported. As far as eSignal 64-bit support, unfortunately I don't have any publically available information at this time but its on our list for future upgrades.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for getting back. Yes, I know NT7 64 supports IB TWS, but the version is ancient and has gone unsupported by IB. IB have now release a 64bit ActiveX API. The ancient version of TWS you currently support has no 64 bit support. I was wondering when NT would be supporting the latest 64bit TWS? |

Aspirant,
You have suggestion tracking ID : 1784 for IB support with their Active X API. This would most likely be something introduced in NT8, however I don't have a definitive release date nor expected date range for that yet.

Can i ask three questions...?
1.) do you know yet whether NT8 will have 64 bit capability for eSignal and IB? 2.) when will NT8 be released? 3.) for other users, what else can i use with NT and IB for data that is cool with 64 bit Windows7? Cheers, CanOz |

Hello CanOz,
Unfortunately there is no ETA available as per our next major release (NT8). IB is supported in 64 bit in NinjaTrader 7 - eSignal is not supported in 64 bit. I do not know if eSignal will be supported in 64 bit as per our next major release.
