I get a pop up title email server names
asking for incoming and outgoingmail server(pop3,imap,or http

Can you please send them manually. The files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in your email.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20120430 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20120430 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Default log trace

having some issue
in attaching log and trace files under Documents ,nt7

i fing the log and trace files but dont know how to attach them to the email

You should be able to drag the files in your email for most email software.

If this will not work, please let us what email you use. Perhaps you can find instructions on the internet if you type in the email vendor and "how to attach files" in a search engine.

normally i double click on the file and it attaches but no soap

i can get the log and trace to the desk top

how do i get them into the email ,gmail please?
