Default no connection to gain API

the forex help desk tells me that I already have a ninjatrader compatible "demo account". They told me that username is benwincky@hotmail.com. they even gave me the password. I understand by now the connection wizard.

connect to "gain"
use ninjatrader servers
select demo
enter the password

I get the message "can not connect to gain API. It looks like we haven't been introduced wrong password and/or username

Thanks for your help

Could you possibly send us a support request to support at ninjatrader dot com? We may need some private information to help you resolve your issue.
