Market Analyzer shows no data

Hi
My market analyzer shows no data.

Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.9 free version
Kinetick EOD . (Sure it is connected with the green light on at left bottom)
make a new MA window,
add instrument list DOW 30, (Also tried others )
Tried session template 24/7 , 24/5, instrument default .....etc

no data displayed at all.

click any symbol in MA, right click > send to CHART, chart window opens with blank, change time from 1min to Daily, then chart shows normal.


Can anyone help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums!

Kinetick EOD does not provide real-time data which is used to drive certain values in the Market Analyzer.

You can use EOD data to calculate indicators on a Daily interval, however there will not be any last price, ask or bid displayed.

If you need, you can connect to the Yahoo EOD connection which provides delayed snapshot data every 60 minutes.
