IMPORTANT: TWS 917.8 must to be upgraded to 917.9

Hi everyone

I have a popup windows from IB that says

The version of the application you are running, 917.8, needs to be upgraded, as it will be desupported on 20120224.
The minimum supported version at that time will be 917.9.

Now, the version that NinjaTrader has for downloading are the TWS 917.8 http://www.ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGuides/Interactive-Brokers-Connection-Guide.php

and the version from the IB webside are the TWS 923 http://www.interactivebrokers.com/en...&ib_entity=llc

Now where can I find the TWS 917.9 or what will NinjaTrader do about this?

Just my two cents but NT needs to get busy and solve these issues.

Every time I want to use IB (which is rare for me because of these issues)
I find that NT is not compatible with the version of TWS I have installed and the verison supported by NT is no where to be found on the IB website.

It seems that if NT is not going to be compatible then drop support completely and quit playing around the edge until you fall in.

Same issue here

I concur with David. I have abandoned using Ninja with TWS on ICE IPE traded products (BRN) because of repeating compatibility issues. My support requests were repeatedly not answered in a way that would leave the system functional. See emails 578730 567869. I think support for IB should be proper or not be at all - it does seem to be quite popular around here. Thanks for listening. I would expect some guidance before Feb 24 when IB drops 917.8. Thanks

I made the mistake of upgrading my TWS to the most recent - 9.23. Nothing works. I tried to roll the upgrade back, but still broken. When will the newest version work? I brought your full version, and I really need it to work.

Would ask a bit more patience while we get our next release ready for release for compatibility with a more recent version of IB then 917.

Would expect this announcement will be soon just waiting on a few more last minute items so we can push out a release. You will get notification of the platform and expect it is released before the IB desupport of 917.

Yes, I do it. And I put my licence key into the field, and I have download the setup.exe, but this is Ninja, not TWS. The connection guide is only a manual to connect with my TWS, but I miss the version 921 to download?
