Default Urgent need help to reinstall NT7

Hi,

I'm getting an attached message during reinstallation.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.
  • Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
  • Delete your browsing history
  • Attempt the download again
If the above does not work then try:
  • Repeat above instructions
  • Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download
If the above fails, please let us know by emailing support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and we will provide further instructions.

Default Still Window couldn't find NT7 exe file

Thanks for your quick reply for requesting help.
Initially IE9 was used but this time Chrome didn't give any trouble to download and installation.
However NT7 couldn't run because Window couldn't find NT7execution file.

Hi,

I deleted the old log & trace file after uninstall before reinstallation and there are no contents in log & trace file since NT7 couldn't be run.
