Bid / Ask Indicator

Globex often has out sized bid/asks that easily signal a direction change. These usually occur with a particular biid / ask being 3 times the size of all other tick levels. Can anyone create an indicator with an sound and possibly email/text alert when these outsized volumes occur:

I.E...

Ask 5 1000 This is the outsize offer that would trigger the alert!
Ask 4 125
Ask 3 133
Ask 2 166
Ask 1 75

Bid 1 77
Bid 2 125
Bid 3 100
Bid 4 166
Bid 5 144

The only way to see these now is too eyeball all day and night. It would be great if I could get an alert that would bring my focus back to the screen since I have a regular job during the day and kids at night. I would truly appreciate any information about whther this type of indicator is even possible in NinjaTrader.
