NT7 intermittently will not allow ATM strategies to be saved after changes.

Are you saving over an existing ATM Strategy or saving the new parameters as a new ATM Strategy Template?

First attempt that failed was to save over existing - failed
I then deleted the existing and saved with the same name - failed
I then tried saving it to a new name (same name with a suffix) - failed.
Tried rebooting ninja and reapplying change - failed.
Tried rebooting computer and reapplying change - success

It would appear that the first failure must have set some sort of a flag that required a PC reboot to clear.
