Default Multi-instrument backtest ?

Is it possible to backtest a multi-instrument strategy with NT7 ? like pair trading ?

This is possible in 6.5 and 7. You can program multi-instrument strategies.

I know I can program, I have coded some, but just to be shure, can I backtest them ?
(before I buy some historical data ;-)

kissandfly,

You can indeed backtest multi-instrument strategies. If you wish to test out some ideas without purchasing data you could consider using the Kinetick free EOD data already preconfigured with your NT. You can also try using the Yahoo connection or the Google connection.
