Default new connection, no patsystems available

I'm trying to set up a new brokerage connection and when i go to establish a new account connection, patsystems is not there.....

Default Need Version 7 for PATS on MF Global

Ninja Support,
I have a LIVE trading account with MF Global and use PATSystem. From the Ninja Trader website, I read that Ninja Trader can work with PATS. When I tried to set up the connection, I get Error message 7 [Unable to Login - Unknown application].

I called MF Global Helpdesk and was told that Ninja Trader couldnt work properly with MF Global PATS and need to wait for ninja Trader Version 7.
Appreciate it if Ninja Trader team can clarify on this matter.
When will Version 7 be available?

What happens when you re-enter your license under Help--> About? Do you have Patsystems available then as your provider? If not, which ones do you have available?

Vincent,
When I download Ninja Trader v6.5, the license key was for Simulated trading. Since I have a LIVE account with some of the service providers, I decided to try out LIVE trading.
From Help -> About, I have Patsystems as one of the service provider

The licensed features are:
AdvancedStrategyManagement
AutomatedTrading
BasicEntry
Charting
SuperDom


Any suggestion to resolve the problem?

Hello Chan,

This error occurs when your account has not been configured correctly on your broker's server.

1. Shut down NinjaTrader
2. Contact your broker and inform them that you receive this error message and that they have not set up your account with the correct NinjaTrader application ID
3. Once they have confirmed that the account is correctly configured confirm with them the correct logon/server credentials
4. If any of this information is different you will need to change/update your account connection in NinjaTrader via Tools > Account Connections
5. Restart NinjaTrader and connect

If this does not resolve the issue, please send us a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com with your license key.

Support,
As mentioned in my posting #4 on 11 Feb, I had already spoken wth my broker (MF Global) to inform them of the Error message. Their reply is that they can ONLY configure my account to work with Ninja Trader V7.x.

As such, although I was not a V7 Beta user, appreciate it if you can provide the link for me to download Version 7. Then I can call my broker to reconfigure my LIVE trading account

NinjaTrader 7 is still being Beta tested and therefore is not yet available for public download. You can send an email to sales AT ninjatrader DOT com to request that they add you to the list of Beta testers.
