Question NinjaScript Vendors

I want to test out a pretty simple system, but I have no C# experience so I'll probably have somebody code it in NinjaScript for me. Has anybody here used any of the developer vendors? Can you recommend the most reasonable one pricewise, and does anybody have an idea of how much something like this will cost me ?

It really is a very simple system and I dont expect that it should take an experienced person more than 5-6 hours.

Appreciate any feedback
