Please add a Z-Order to most of the Draw... Methods
Often I'd prefer to see the Price with the other detail behind it. So nearly all the Draw Methods would be better if I had the option to adjust their Z-Order reletive to Price & perhaps even relative to each other. Most Significantly: DrawRectangle: for large areas - like consolidation bands. DrawElipse: for target zones - like predicting retracement &/or profit targets. Highly Desired: Draw Text & Draw Text Fixed - Mainly to ensure that this sits on top of everything, but some text is more important than others. Desired. DrawLine, DrawRay, DrawArrowLine, DrawExtendedLine, DrawFib... in fact all those functions that paint over more than one bar. Sometimes would be good if they were behind. Why? 1. If you paint a vertical line or Rectangle it obscures the wick of the candle. The only workaround is to make the line dotted or increase the width of the candle outline. 2. If you use lines to "Measure" the High to Low vertical distance of a group of candles. It would be nice to have it Thick to show what was measured but behind so it didn't obscure the details. 3. For Threshold Lines, Profit targets, Support/Resistance Lines & Channels & other horizontal lines / bands it is often less cluttered if the price moves over the top. |
