Add balloon message to graphic chart objects.

I'd love to have the ability to add balloon messages to graphical objects that have been plotted to a chart. The message would appear when the mouse hovers over the graphical object.

Or, the message data could show up in the mini-databox, if you happen middle-click on a graphic-object.

It would be very useful for various reasons, from tutorial usage of an indicator to indicator debugging and analysis.
