Hi there,
I am currently testing error cases for my strategies, and while testing the loss of Internet connection I stumbled upon this: It appears that the Kinetick real-time datafeed (that I have subscribed to & I am paying for) definitively stops working as soon as it loses connection to the Internet .. I have seen it "imagine" the Internet connection was back and stating "Connected" (again) while there was no Internet connection possible (I had pulled the Ethernet cable out of that PC), and I have seen it behave seemingly correctly & announce it was back on only after I reconnected the PC. Anyway, in both case, that Kinetick connection never provides anymore live data. I have tested that many many times, I have not seen it once behave correctly through that error case (if that can help, Ninja is also connected to 2 IB accounts). In comparison, the exact same error scenario works perfectly with IQfeed. (Both Kinetick & IQfeed configured w/ Backup datafeed connection <None>). I hope this can be investigated & fixed (but otherwise, my expected behavior will be to use IQfeed once I go live & drop Kinetick). Thanks in advance Dominique |

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Please advise.
I lose the Kinetick "data" but apparently not the "connection" as indicated by the green highlighted connection status idicator.
