Hi all,
I have a feed coming in from Interactive Brokers to NinjaTrader, and I'm tracking a couple of stocks that I'm recording via Market Replay. Using the Market Analyzer tool, I've added about 2-3 stocks that I'm actively recording. I can get bid/ask price, current price, last tick time, etc. But I'm having a problem with the VOL indicator. In the past, I've added the VOL indicator to a column in Market Analyzer and it shows volume for every one minute. I also used to tailor alerts for those VOL columns when volumes went over a certain amount. How, there's nothing showing in the VOL column in Market Analyzer after it's been added. I thought it might have been a delay in the feed, but it's definitely not that. Attaching some sample screenshots so you can see what my setup screens and SA window looks like. Any suggestions? Yours, Spider PS - Volume is showing up in a related chart (also attached), so my hypothesis involves the SA not being set up correctly.

Hello Spider,
From the screenshot I can see that the Vol indicator is still initializing (values are ....). Is it in initialized state for the very long time?

I just checked after leaving it alone for an hour, and it's still initializing (screenshot attached). Could it have anything to do with the "# of bars to look back" data point in the 'General' section? - Spider |

Hello Spider,
The # no of bars are fine. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email:676134

I haven't received the log and trace files yet. Please email me the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email. You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder. The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt" You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
