Hello,

I have subscribed a Kinetick Real Time base service but I don’t have any asks nor bids in the Market display on the order tab (nor when strategy run) with two instruments GC (COMEX Gold Futures) and CL (Ligh Sweet Crude – NYMEX). But if I run a chart the system load all intraday bars.
Does this is due to the Kinetick subscription or there is a problem with NT7?.

Hello Michele,

Can you please enable ChartTrader in the chart. Do you see values for A and B which represent the ask and bid price?

Did you include the COMEX and NYMEX exchanges when you subscribed to Kinetick?

You can enable ChartTrader by clicking the 5th icon from the right in the chart toolbar. More information regarding ChartTrader can be found at the link below.
