patsystems globalfutures
Hi,
Is it possible to use the demo ninjatrader with a live patsystem account? I opened a live account at globalfutures, and I'm connected! (ninjatrader says: "Connected - Patsystems" But don't see any quotes apearing?! What did I do wrong? Greetings, Creamers |

Hi Creamers,
You can only trade in simulation using the NinjaTrader demo version, so you will not be able to select your live Patsystems account. But you can use Patsystems to feed NinjaTrader with real-time data. If you like to trade live, you will need to purchase a subscription with us. You can find all our various subscriptions options at the following link. http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...g_platform.htm As per the quotes that do not appear, please tell me what instrument is selected in the Control Center. Make sure a futures contract is selected, since Patsystems only support real-time futures data.

symbols?
Oke, I understand what you mean.
I use ninjatrader in demo mode, connected to a patsystem. Log says: GlobalFutures: Primary connection=Connected, Price feed=Connected Unable to subscribe to market data for instrument 'YM 03-08' So I should create/select other symbols? btw: tried another symbol ES 03-08 , and that works fine. Ym russel not? What do I do wrong?

broker problem?
Found the Pats... Button in Instrument Manager. It says:
Broker Authorized Symbols: Name Exchange Expiry Pats Symbol MINI NSDQ CME MAR08 NQ MINI NSDQ CME jun-08 NQ MINI NSDQ CME sep-08 NQ MINI NSDQ CME dec-08 NQ MINI NSDQ CME MAR09 NQ MINI S&P CME MAR08 ES MINI S&P CME jun-08 ES MINI S&P CME sep-08 ES MINI S&P CME dec-08 ES MINI S&P CME MAR09 ES Is it a broker problem? |

Hi,
These are the contracts you are authorized to trade. If a contract you wish to trade is not listed, you need to contact your broker and have them add the contract to the list. Vince

No TF data in pats
Hello Vince,
I use the patsystem in a live account.I am authorized to trade the TF and it shows on my list.I get data for the YM,NQ,Gold but no mini russell.I tried ICE,Globex,Cme but no TF what am I doing wrong? thanks jungo |
