When I draw objects manually, then delete all objects manually using the Pencil Drawing Tool-> Remove Drawing Objects, the objects are still accessible programmatically using IDrawObject. Is this the intended design?

Monpere,
Thanks for your note. I am unable to replicate this behavior. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check in the Control Center by going to Help > About. Please let me know if I can assist further.

Did you reload the indicator after you deleted the DrawObjects? You need to refresh the application space before we can be sure of what is happening.

Hi to all,
I have done some annotation texts on my charts. Then I tried to delete the text permanently by clicking/selecting the "Select All" in the "Remove Drawing Objects". Hoping all the drawings and texts are gone forever. Are those deleted text still stored somewhere in my computer that can be restored later on? I hope not. Thank you! David |

David,
Thy could be saved in your workspace. If you've saved your workspace after doing so, they should not come back after restarting.

Hi Matthew,
Thank you for your kind reply. So if my charts are NOT saved to the Workspaces, can I still restore the deleting drawing and texts? My intention is to permenently delete the drawing and texts on my charts; so no one can see them later on. Thank you for your kind reply and help. David |

If you did not save them, they will not be recoverable.
